Our booking process is as follows:

1. Initial contact via our website or on the phone starts our search for finding your ideal holiday destination. In order to meet your needs we like to get some basic information such as:

Date, purpose of stay, number of guests, service requirements and relevant property id# (if you have seen a property of interest) and any planned budget. The more information you give us the better we will be able to identify which property would be right for you.

2. After this initial consultation Grand Trip Sweden sends out suggestions to you.

3. To secure the booking the customer sends the first payment (30% of the total amount within 3-5 days) The final invoice is due a minimum of 50 days prior to arrival if nothing else is stated on your invoice.

Payments can only be made via bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards at the moment.

Frequently asked questions

When is the booking confirmed?

When you have made an enquiry Grand Trip Sweden will send you an email with a reservation number and payment details. The booking is confirmed as soon as the first payment is made.

It will be cheaper and better if the customer books their own air tickets. Grand Trip Sweden can offer ground transportation at the destination or a rental car.

Once you have accepted our quote, you will usually pay 30% deposit fee within 3-5 days.

We do not apply any booking fees or credit card fees. But if you make a booking and want to make changes other than adding more products (eg. changing the date) an administrative fee of SEK 200 will be added for each change. Adding more activities can be made without any cost. For cancellation conditions, see below.

Grand Trip Sweden will make every effort to minimize cancellation costs for the customer. However, late cancellation can result in compensation claims from hotels and other service partners. All cancellations must be in writing, and sent to Grand Trip Sweden by letter, or e-mail. In conformity with business practices within the Swedish travel industry, Grand Trip Sweden is obliged to charge cancellation fees to customers of full price as follows: See our terms and conditions.  

Preliminary bookings can be held free of charge for 3 days. After 3 days the booking should be confirmed by payment of either an application fee or the total amount depending on when the trip is booked. If Grand Trip Sweden has not received the application fee or total amount within 3 days the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Terms and conditions

The specific travel conditions and the information on “GrandTripSweden AB” homepage regulate the contract between the traveler and “GrandTripSweden AB”.

“GrandTripSweden AB” have placed their travel guarantee with Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (“Kammarkollegiet”) to protect you, the customer.
