Welcome to this carefully decorated and charming house on the countryside by the lake Vällingen just 50 minutes from Stockholm. The house is situated in the small community of Järna, which is well known for its awareness around organic agriculture. Due to this you can easily find organic products in the stores, cafés and restaurants, as the environmental consciousness permeates the whole community. Besides the lake, the property is surrounded by forest, fields and meadows.  

The hosts of this property is living in the white house next doors, but aside from them there are no other neighbours in the near area around the lake. The hosts are a peaceful family of 3 people who grow vegetables in the garden that they are happy to share at harvest time. The guests will have a great part of the garden for themselves, including the jetty and the sauna house. The pool is a bit closer to the hosts house, but guests are very welcome to use it whenever they want. 

In the house there are 5 bedrooms with one 180 cm bed, two 160 cm beds, and three 90 cm beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living room with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms with shower and wc and 2 restrooms with wc. 

In the garden there are outdoor furnitures, sun beds, a barbecue, a canoe and there will also be a sauna house finished for the summer 2023.

Fishing licens can be purchased at https://www.ifiske.se/en/fishing-permit-sportfiskekortet-stockholm.htm  for 200 SEK per week.  You can then fish at specific areas at the lake Vällingen. You will also be able to fish at 40 other lakes in the region. See map for details.
