This architecturally designed villa with sea views on Resarö island has everything a great Swedish holiday needs. The interior and attention to detail testify to quality in all aspects. The living room has 7m high ceilings with an impressive view of the sea. We think the pictures speak for themselves.
A short walk away you will find a small pier where the boat takes you to Vaxholm. Vaxholm is an charming archipelago town with many old wooden houses from the last century painted in the archipelago’s typical delicate pastel tones. In Vaxholm you will find numerous charming restaurants, cafés, and shops. On the island Resarö where the property is located you will have a nice grocery within walking distance.
The villa consists of four bedrooms in total (sleeps 7 ) Three double bedrooms in main house and one single bed in sauna house. It is easy to take the car or public transportation to the city of Stockholm. No pets allowed.
If you are interested in renting bikes and kayaks we can recommend Kanotcenter located in Vaxholm. More information here:

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was beautiful and the location fantastic. Our daughter made great use of the heated swimming pool. We really like the area too and both took the (very convenient) boat from the end of the road into stockholm, and also services from Vaxholm into the archipelago. We would happily come back again to the house. We also found the booking process easy and your information helpful. Mark F
We had a wonderful week! The house was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with anything you could want for. Perfect location as well…just a short walk or drive to a ferry stop, but still set in a peaceful, serene location. We appreciated Katja’s help upon arrival and liked having a local contact if we needed one. Grand Trip Sweden was a pleasure to work with, easy to reach and very responsive to inquiries. I will not hesitate to share my experience so that others might also enjoy beautiful Sweden! Gina A
We thought the house was lovely, even better than expected. The views and changing sea and sky were beautiful. The house itself is well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and the outside area with sun chairs and pool very nice when weather permits. The sauna was also appreciated. I was more than happy with the service and information provided by you, the service was efficient, friendly and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again. Nadine S
My family stayed at a beautiful property handled by Rickard and Grand Trip Sweden. The entire experience was fantastic! Rickard was extremely helpful in working with us to choose a good property for our family. He handled all of the details, such as a few extra beds and an early arrival. The house was magnificent - perfect for our family. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the Baltic was only a few hundred yards away. Thanks again for such a terrific service! We'll be back. Thank you very much, we had a great time with our three kids. A very nice light and modern house. A great pool and just 10 minutes walk to the sea. Only 30 minutes drive to Stockholm city with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Your service was very professional and reliable premium service we can recommend. Antje L
We have had a lovely car-free week in your wonderful home in this gorgeous place. Well done Rickard for the Guardian newspaper article which was where I read about it. We had a day in Stockholm on the way here when the weather was a bit rainy, but have mainly done lots of walking and cycling . We are leaving very early with boat taxi tomorrow to pick up 7 15 ferry to Stockholm. We have been to Grinde, and walked extensively in the area across the bridge -besogunland I think if I remember correctly. We have walked to the castle there and also cycled. We have also done lots of boot camp mornings, running first then doing exercises on the grass outside! Maybe good entertainment for the neighbours but my hockey playing daughtes have appreciated the opportunity to maintain their fitness. Another time we will look into hiring a boat for the week as we probably didn't take sufficient advantage of the water, We have loved the big skies and clean air, and soft water for showering./ L Vincent
This was our second experience with Grand Trip Sweden, and once again we have been positively surprised by the quality of the service. the house was absolutely gorgeous and like the previous time, even better in real life than in pictures. The location was perfect : we've enjoyed the calm of the nature and the proximity of the city for cultural trips. We'll certainly call you again in the future for new Swedish adventures. The service from your side has been top notch. We have nothing to complain about and would highly recommend you to others.
The service from Grand Trip Sweden was good and efficient, and the website accurate.
With respect to your service everything ran smoothly and I think that is the best one could say about a rental agency
