The villa on Dalarö was completed in 2015. It is a modern architectural house with large panoramic windows and with an impressive ceiling height in the living room of 9 meters. The owner is interest in art as the many pictures show. The house is surrounded by a well kept garden including a number of interesting art sculptures.

The villa consists of three bedrooms in total (sleeps 7) Master bedroom (sleeps two). One single bedroom and one bedroom with the possibility to host up to four guests.

The morning sun allows for sun filled breakfasts and there is evening sun until about 8pm A few minutes from the house there is a jetty were a swim into the archipelago can be the perfect start to the day. A 15 minutes walk away you will find Schweizer beach, a big sandy beach with a large jetty. The area is the paradise for kite surfers. A carport, garden sheds and a sauna with shower is in a separate building on the property. Outside there is an outdoor bath which is perfect after the sauna.

Dalarö village is only 10 minutes away on foot. Here you will find bakery, fish shop, grocery store, restaurants and other small boutiques. There is an award-winning ice cream cafe, restaurants and a garden café. Particularly good is the restaurant Solsidan, located in the guest harbor Askfatshamnen it has outstanding evening sun. There is also kayaks for hire and the Vaxholm ferry service operates from Dalarö to a number of destinations in the archipelago. Dalarö has its own tourist office that can assist with local day trips and knows all the events in the village.

A bus goes from the commuter train in Handen to Dalarö village, walking distance from the house and about 5 minutes to the bus stop Kanalplan. The house is equipped with wifi, three televisions with HBO and Netflix subscriptions and a fireplace if it gets chilly. The kitchen equipment is very modern with all mod cons. A laundry room is available with washing machine and dryer. A perfect vacation house for the family.
