The villa in Saltsjö Duvnäs is perfectly located within walking distance to the marina, restaurants and cafés. You have only 10 minutes in the car to the golf course. It has all the necessary features for a lovely summer holiday. The villa consists of five bedrooms in total (sleeps 7-8) and three bathrooms. The kitchen and two of the bathrooms are recently renovated with high standard. From the local train station (walking distance) you will be in the city of Stockholm in less than 15 minutes. The garden is lovely with lake view.

In summary, we are very happy. All contact and communication with Grand Trip and Rickard has worked smoothly, nice and clear.
All contact and communication with owner also acted perfectly. It has been so much nicear to have with Grand Trip Sweden than having to do with Nova Sol, DanCenter, John Winterboo or similar organizations.
The price is favorable and actually lower than other similar-sized houses for rent by linen, electricity and final cleaning included. Your ambition to hotel standards are rare and fantastic to be included. This house was cheaper for us to rent than other similar house types we have rented.
Building's appearance was "generous" in every way with good access to furniture, toys, kitchenware and garden furniture. Four TV sets for example also made to many different ages had their look-needs satisfied.
The proximity to the commuter train was perfect. We were into town every day and never had to take the car.
Then you could probably write or communicate that the house is not the slightest handicap friendly. We did it well but I thought it had it been a year ago was not my husband coped with the many stairs because he varännu more heart disease than now.
As you see I'm very happy so I can not think of slightly more.Hugs and thanks// Birgitta J
