This magnificent villa is located in the Stockholm archipelago with 25 000 m2 of sunshine from morning to evening, and only 20 minutes by car to Stockholm city centre.
It has been tastefully renovated during the last years in an elegant and cosy style with all the latest mod cons.
Many of the rooms have tiled stoves that welcomes you for both formal and informal living areas for hosting and relaxing. 
At the generous illuminated jetty of 300 m2, there is room for both an orchestra and dancing. In connection to the large jetty, there is a sundeck jetty for sun bathing and swimming, with a pier ladder and a sandy beach wonderful for young children. 
Motor boat with 20 hp is included. As a guest you will also have access to a newly buildt sauna with windows overlooking the sea. The villa contains 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds.  
The rental can include the lakeside property id#20 with accommodation for another 12 guests.
