We can offer a completely newly built house (manor-wing) located 10 meters from a lake where you can enjoy fishing. The house consists of 6 double rooms and 6 single rooms where you can put extra beds. The house has a well equipped kitchen, with everything you can imagine, living room / veranda of 70 sq.m. consisting of measuring part of 20 persons, and living area where you can comfortably be seated in Howard sofas and nice armchairs. The house interior is in exclusive New England style, and you sleep in comfortable Dux beds. The house is located next to a private mansion.

Absolutely amazing. I have no negative feedback at all for the manor. All the rooms being en suite was extremely handy with such a large group. The house had everything we could ever need (there were a few kitchen items missing, e.g. collander, but that wasn't a problem). It was in a brilliant condition and was brand new. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The living and dining areas were perfect - we especially enjoyed watching the World Cup on the large projector screen! The ipod music system and the singstar were added bonuses and we really enjoyed that! The highlight by far was having access to our own row boats - we rowed every morning and evening to all the little islands nearby. There was also a barbecue which was fantastic. All in all 10 out of 10! Perfect! The only minor downside I would mention is that we were unable to lock the manor when we wanted to leave as the locks didn't work from the outside. This delayed us quite a bit on our first day but was resolved after some time.

I thought the service Grand Trip Sweden provided was first class. You were quick to email back and send me full details as requested and you were extremely helpful in answering any of my questions, e.g. refunds in the event of volcanic ash.
