The location of the property is very exclusive and next to one of the regions cleanest lakes. The surroundings are filled with wildlife and still you only have one hour drive to Stockholm city. The villa itself was build 2010 by genuine timber from the northern part of Sweden. The architect has used his magic to make the villa look smaller on the outside, but when you enter the house you will be astonished how big the house is. Everything is done with a lot of care. The standard of the interior is high. In a small separate house you will find a wood fired sauna with an outdoor shower. You have only 100 meters down to the lake where you have two boats that is included in the rent. Next to the house you have a nature reserve with miles of hiking trails.The main house consists of four bedrooms in total. On the first floor you have two masterbedrooms with separet beds. On the ground floor you have two bedrooms with a totalt of four beds. The groundfloor also consist of a second kitchen.
